WHO WE ARE

The internationally-acclaimed town of Knysna is nestled between the impressive Outeniqua Mountains and the Indian Ocean. Knysna is undoubtedly the veritable Garden of Eden with world-renowned forests encircling it like a protective mantle. A tranquil lagoon lies at the heart of this popular town and silent sandstone sentinels, the “Heads”, have protected it against the tides of the Indian Ocean. The vibrant town of Knysna is known for its unsurpassed natural beauty and temperate climate. Golden beaches, awe-inspiring cliff sides and unspoilt landscapes set the tone for a pampered lifestyle within the surrounds of Knysna. It is with this splendour in mind that the Knysnadoc Fund initiated exquisite investment opportunities for serious investors. The unrivalled natural beauty of the Garden Route beckons investors to secure property and erven within this remarkable region.

PHILOSOPHY
The success of the group is based on an age-old philosophy that an opportunity shared is an opportunity enhanced. Solid business principles are combined with a sound ethical and moral base. The Directors within the fund have a strong belief in the future of South Africa and confidence in the ability of South Africans to work together to create a better country for all. The focus of the company is to have proud, satisfied investors from all socio-economic groups and to establish the philosophy of “Creating Wealth through Sharing Opportunity” as a life principle.

BACKGROUND
The fund had humble beginnings with an investment in 20 sectional-title rooms at the Protea Knysna Quays. This valuable primary asset was geared to provide finance for developments which were likely to show good capital growth. The Knysnadoc Fund is based in Knysna but offers investment opportunities throughout the magnificent Garden Route region of South Africa. Today, included in the Knysnadocs table are nine further units at the Quays including a large portion of the public space, stands at Whale Rock and Pinnacle Point, an up-market penthouse at Pansy Cove, valuable development ground opposite Belvedere at West Dunes and Magnolia Ridge, and diverse investments in art work, biotechnology stock and healthcare stocks.
